I have been feeling extra "chef like" this week and decided to find some new recipe's and explore! This is a spinach lasagna roll-up! It really isn't hard to please my husband, he eats pretty much everything! He is honest though when I make something new and he isn't a fan...he just says, "let's wait a while before we have that again!" He is really sweet like that. Anyway, he loved it, I loved, and Kylee hated it! I guess you can't win all the time! I wanted to take a picture of it because it ended up looking really yummy on Marks plate!
I love this picture of my little girl! She loves her sunglasses, she is such a diva! Pardon my leg in the background, we were sitting in the car waiting and for some reason it looks like I was really kicking back and relaxing...I hope no one saw outside of the car:)

Hahaha... I agree with Kate! Isn't it so much fun to arrange the food on the plate like they would in some fancy restruant! I love trying new things... Andy HATES it! That looks really yummy... You might have to make some for me some time! I don't know when I will be able to come down:( I am taking a stupid chemistry class:( I hate chemistry... I don't know what I was thinking signing up for it! Oh well, it's just till December I guess!
